Downtown San Diego is home to eight districts, though with just 1500 acres in less than 3 square miles, everything is just steps away.  From the northeast corner where Cortez Hill overlooks Balboa Park to the southwest Marina District on the waterfront, to East Village's vibrant energy and PETCO Park and the northwest Little Italy's Mercato and great Italian restaurants, you'll never run out of places to go or things to do!

The condominium lifestyle compliments the urban environment and many people call this home; many others call it a second home.  With nearly perfect year around climate, it's a destination for practically everyone!

Check out available homes in each district to find the perfect match for you.

Nestled between the Marina District and Little Italy, this important area stretches from the waterfront to the business district and is home to urban transportation hubs as well as prestigeous highrise luxury condo complexes.

The Core District is also considered our business district with banking, accounting, and a variety of urban business entities that embody the pulse of dowtown San Diego commercial interface.

Cortez Hill
With its geographic elevation in the norteast corner of downtown, Cortez Hill homeowners enjoy the tranquility of being just a step from the urban hub while enjoying the panoramic views that capture the city essence.
